Your child’s library and take home bags are the only items on the Book List that need to be labelled. All other items are used collectively by all children in the Kindergarten classroom.
Items listed in the ‘Student’s to Supply’ section of the Kindergarten Personal Items List do not need to be brand name products. The majority of these items are used for art and craft activities. However, you may like to supply reasonable quality tissues, as these are not used for art and craft but by your child.
You may wish to purchase a lunch box with a number of compartments that allows you to provide your child with a lunch that has only food scraps and no plastic as its waste. Ellen Stirling is a ‘Waste Wise’ school and every Wednesday all the children in the school are asked to supply a ‘no waste’ lunch.
